Winter Engagement Photos Birds Hill Park

What an absolute pleasure to spend some time with Giselle and Jon for their winter engagement photos in Birds Hill Park.

We lucked out with a warm day of 1C. The beginning of the end of winter! Birds Hill Park is one of my favourites, not only because it is easy to find and get around, but also because of the variety in backdrop. It can be tricky during winter, as white is the colour of choice, but looking past that and embracing the beauty of winter, one can’t help but wonder at the absolute uniqueness of this spot.

Giselle and Jon could not be a nicer couple. They were troopers in knee deep snow, laughed, loved and trusted me 100% with capturing who they are and where we were.

I feel more than ready for their big day and look forward to capturing more beautiful moments and creating new art for their walls.

These are a few of my favourite frames from their session.

It was such a pleasure getting to know Jamie and Michael during their engagement photo session in Birds Hill Park a few weeks back. We had great weather, great landscapes and a few good laughs.

Engagement photos in Birds Hill Park | Scott + Casey

I'm happy to share a few of my favourite frames from a fun session with Scott and Casey out in Birds Hill Park.  Man, did we ever laugh out loud. It rained a bit, I had a tick on me within the first 5 minutes, I killed a couple of Forest Tent Caterpillars, we discussed Lady Slippers and made some beautiful photos together.

Fall Engagement Session in Birds Hill Park | Chelsea + Chris

This has been the most amazing Fall I have experienced in Canada! Extended time with family outside, pleasant adventures on the morning walks with my girls and amazing sunsets.

It has also allowed for engagement sessions / connection sessions to be fun and not focussed on being cold.

I am happy to share a couple of my favourite photos from Chelsea and Chris' connection session and look forward to their wedding at Hawhtorn Estates next year.
